Billing

The Billing tab shows your organization’s current plan and usage, and provides access to subscription management. Billing controls are accessible only to members who have been granted the billing role.

Members without the billing role can see their organization’s current plan and usage but cannot make changes.

Make My Linesheet offers three plans:

FreeProMax
Linesheets550500
Members110100
Landing pages110
Access code protectionYesYes

Plan changes are made through the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately — new limits apply as soon as the plan change is confirmed. Downgrading to a lower plan also takes effect immediately.

Existing linesheets, pages, and members are preserved when you downgrade. However, if your organization exceeds the new plan’s limits after the change:

  • You cannot create new linesheets until you are below the limit
  • You cannot invite new members until you are below the limit
  • You cannot create new landing pages until you are below the limit

No content is automatically deleted when downgrading.

The billing portal (accessed via Manage subscription in the Billing tab) lets you:

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Update your payment method
  • Download past invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Payment details are handled by the billing provider and are never stored on Make My Linesheet’s servers.

Cancelling your subscription downgrades your organization to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. During that period your plan remains active. After the period ends, plan limits revert to the Free tier.

If your plan status appears out of sync (for example, after a recent change through the portal), use the Sync plan button to refresh it. This pulls the current plan status from the billing provider.
